Pepsi is the sole owner of the information collected on www.aquafinaindia.com. Pepsi collects Personal Information from users at several points on our web site. As used in this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means any information that is linked to User's identity such as Name, Street address, Telephone number, Aquafina Account Number, Age and Email address etc. The site you entered may collect some or all of these types of Personal Information through a sweepstakes, contest, game, survey, questionnaire or promotion, or a registration form.

Registration
In order to access certain pages/information on this web site, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact the user about services on our site for which he/she has expressed interest. You may require registration in order for you to place an order, participate in sweepstakes, games or other activities. In order to register on our site, we may require you to disclose your name, street address, email address, income level, birth date and gender etc.

Order
We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, shipping address). This information is used for billing purposes, to fulfill customers' orders and to contact customers when required.

We employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails the recipients have opened. Clear gifs are tiny graphics about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Clear gifs are tied to users' personally identifiable information. Business Transitions
